Registration and Pricing Information
 Festival Full Participation fees including Saturday catered feast: ​    
​       $140 + 1 raffle item--------- postmarked now through April 13th.
     $160+ 1 raffle item-------- April 1st through day of the festival
     Add $40 For RV space with full hookups 
       (full RV fees required if you do bring an RV!)
      Add $10 to reserve your spot in the Elder Camp Tent.
     You qualify for this space if you are over 55. 

If you are not able to attend the whole weekend maybe you can come out for just one day?
Individual DAY RATES are as follows (no overnight! You must be out the gate before midnight on the same day): 
    $45.00 for Thursday, $60 for just Friday or just Sunday,
    $80.00 for just Saturday. (this includes catered dinner)
SATURDAY only prices are $20.00 MORE than listed here upon arrival at the gate IF you are NOT pre-registered for Sat.   To RESERVE a space in the Elder Camp Tent, please check spot on registration jotform and add $10 to your total.
Some full and partial scholarships are available.  Scholarship requests are due after March 1st and Before April 20th, 2024 to [email protected]. There is a click button at the very bottom of this page to email us about this or any other questions you have! 
If you are able to donate money to the scholarship fund along with your entry fee, those in need would be greatly appreciative. ❤️A short work shift onsite is also needed to help support the festival.

Please pay AT LEAST A full $60 deposit ($45 deposit if for Saturday only) in order to complete preregistration and BE PREPARED to pay your balance at the festival gate check-in upon arrival by cash or check.
VENDING: Fee is only a special extra raffle item donated from your booth. We only provide space, please bring your own table, chair etc.

​Venue DIRECTIONS to Recreation Destination:
From San Antonio
Take Hwy 281 North from San Antonio through Blanco. Continue North on 281 approximately 8 miles. Turn right onto Hwy 290 East going towards Austin. Stay on 290 East about 10 minutes to Hwy 165. Go right onto Hwy 165 and drive 1/2 mile to Creek Road. Go left onto Creek Road and drive 1 1/2 miles to Pursley Road. Go right onto Pursley Road and drive about 4 miles to mailbox #3550. You'll see a high game fence across from the mailbox. Turn right onto dirt road across from mailbox #3550. Campground is at the end of the road. Drive 7/10 of a mile and the road will dead end into the campground.
From Austin
Take Hwy 290 West to Dripping Springs. At the red light (Ranch Rd. 12 & 290) continue West 4 more streets to Creek Road. Turn left (at the Pioneer Bank.) About 1 mile go left at stop sign. Go about 1 mile and veer left. (The road will be Co. Road 220 / Mt. Gainor Road.) Stay on Mt. Gainor Rd. 6 miles to Co. Road 198 / Pursley Road. Turn right onto Pursley Road.(just past the cemetery) Continue for 1/2 mile to mailbox #3550. Turn left at the mailbox onto dirt road and continue 7/10 mile. Road will dead end into campground. Enter double gates straight ahead.
From Houston
Take Hwy I-10 West of Houston past Columbus. After you've passed Columbus, exit onto Hwy 71 to Austin (about 1 1/2 to 2 hours). You will pass La Grange, Smithville and Bastrop before you get to Austin. In Austin, stay on Hwy 71 / Hwy 290 until you get to Oakhill. In Oakhill at the H-E-B intersection of Hwy 71 and Hwy 290, go straight ahead on Hwy 290 west to Dripping Springs (about 30 minutes). At the Light at Hwy 290 and Ranch Road 12, continue west on Hwy 290 4 more streets and turn left at Pioneer Bank onto Creek Road. About 1 mile go left at stop sign. Go about 1 mile and veer left. (The road will be Co. Road 220 / Mt. Gainor Rd.) Stay on Mt. Gainor Road 6 miles to Co. Road 198 / Pursley Road. Turn right onto Pursley Road.( just past the cemetery) Continue for 1/2 mile to mailbox #3550. Turn left at the mailbox onto dirt road and continue 7/10 mile. Road will dead end into campground. The key to finding the campground is to look for mailbox #3550 on Pursley Road and turn onto the dirt road directly across from it!​
