Registration and Pricing Information

🌟FULL Festival Participation 2025🌟 pre-registration costs RAIN or SHINE event which include Saturday's catered feast: ​    

$60 minimum required  as a non-refundable deposit to fully process your registration and reserve your spot so you can pay the remaining balance later through our website or onsite when you arrive.
​$160 (+ 1 raffle item donation) ------ postmarked now through April 15th.
$200 (+ 1 raffle item donation) ------ April 15th - April 29th

 $225  (+ 1 raffle item donation) ONSITE charge if you don't preregister but wait to register onsite.


     Add $40 to register for RV space with full hookups 
    
 (full RV fees are required with sewer, water and electric if you do bring an RV!)

      🌟 We have a limited number of spaces in our festival Elder TENT. 
Please reserve your spot with a $25 deposit.  When it is full, I will delete this option here and from the registration form below.  You qualify for this space if you are over 55. 


     🌟 Single day festival rates are only available to previous Festival attendees. If you have attended our full festival in the past then you are welcome to register for just one day.  However, we no longer offer this option to anyone who is not already connected to our Spring Goddess Festival community.  ( If you feel like you truly have a special cause or reason and have not attended Spring Goddess Festival previously, then please contact us to discuss this in advance before registering with this option!!! )
Those individual Pre-registered DAY RATES are as follows.
This rate does not include 
overnights! You must be out before the gate closes on the same day: 
     $75.00 for all day Friday until midnight  OR  all day Sunday until 10 pm
    $100.00 for just Saturday which includes our catered dinner)  

The only option offered at the gate without pre-registration is the $225 full price festival fee.


       🌟To RESERVE a space in the Elder Camp Tent, please mark the spot on our registration jotform if it is available and also add the $25 more deposit to your total.  If the tent is already full, the option won't be available.
       
       
🌟This festival is about community.  Reaching out and connecting to the festival community, attending workshops and participating in events and getting to know your festival sisters is the best way to make the most of your festival experience!

    🌟We realize that prices in the world have increased dramatically in the last few years and we have always done our best to make sure women who want to attend are able to register! However, all of our own festival creation expenses have gone up in price as well.   As a result, our overall festival cost had to rise this year in order to keep up with the finances to support Texas Spring Goddess Festival.  Last year we did not calculate well the bottom line costs with inflation and so we offer A SPECIAL Thank you to all the women who donated  $$$ post fest last year to help float the costs and to ensure Fest could happen again!  Know that we have never focused on profit with this festival but rather on community connection and realization.  So we always strive to keep all of our fees as low as possible and still have the $$$ to make fest happen!  That remains true this year.  

​   🌟Please note that your minimum DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE!
This is regardless if something happens and you are unable to attend.  
ALSO please hear that after festival, once you have attended, if you did not achieve your vision for your personal experience, that there are no refunds available post fest because all the fees we receive help pay for  your time on the land to the venue and to all other associated festival expenses such as renting the big truck and getting the supplies to festival, sound system rental and use as well as paying for the delicious catered meal.   We cannot get refunds on any of these fees and so in turn we cannot return any fees to you at that time, regardless.

    🌟A few full and partial scholarships are available only as other women registering donate to the scholarship fund.  You may get on a waiting list for a scholarship, but there is no guarantee.  
Scholarship requests are due after March 1st and Before April 20th, 2025 to [email protected]. There is a click button at the very bottom of this page to email us about this or any other questions you have! 
If you are able to donate money to the scholarship fund along with your entry fee, those in need would be greatly appreciative. ❤️A short work shift onsite is also needed to help support the festival.

Please pay AT LEAST a minimum of your full $60 non-refundable deposit in order to complete your festival preregistration and 
BE PREPARED to pay your remaining balance at the festival gate check-in upon arrival by cash or check.
VENDING: We love and support our amazing vendors!!! Our Vending Fee is only a special extra raffle item donated from your booth. We only provide space, please bring your own table, chairs,  pop-out etc.

***After we receive your submission form and deposit or full payment  you will be registered.  Any remaining balance is due upon arrival at the entrance of fest by cash, check or Venmo.
Please contact us at [email protected]  if needed.  You will receive a jotform confirmation to show receipt of your registration information. Make sure you have paid the deposit at a minimum in order to be fully registered!  Closer to the event we will send you a festival information confirmation email.  This will make sure you have the address of our festival location and more information about the event for you to read to insure you will enjoy a flowing fun festival!
