Festival Schedule
Thursday, May 1st
Starting at 2 pm, Thursday arrival is available to those women who choose to help on site with festival infrastructure on Friday before the main activities begin. It is mainly for arrival and set up of personal campsites. If you arrive and set up your camp on Thursday then we will be expecting your help with basic festival set up tasks Friday during the day! Many hands makes tasks flow smoothly and quickly. Once your own camping space is set up you can check to see what else is happening to plug in to as far as the main fest goes! Late morning and early afternoon we will post signs around the grounds creating basic infrastructure like the communal dish wash area, temple structure and decoration, workshop and contact boards, setting up the sound equipment on the stage as well as decorating the pavilion. some tasks do not require much muscle so we welcome all and any helpful hands!
Some women might lead a specialized workshop on Thursday early evening, but usually Thursday is for infrastructure crew arrival, set up and socializing. Often those present in the evening will gather around one of the many campside firepits, if there is no burn ban, to reconnect, make music, relax or even start planning a skit for the variety show! ♥️ Arriving on Thursday ensures you can participate in our Temple creation on Friday. We believe the best temple creation comes from passionate women working together. If you have never attended fest before this is a perfect opportunity to get to know other attendees and feel connected to the community. Please note that this is a Pagan event and we believe our bodies are beautiful in all shapes and sizes. You can expect some nudity, especially at the pool area. 🐶 🐕🦺 ***If you must bring your dog to festival there will be an onsite fee of $25 directly to the venue which you will need to declare and pay at the gate when you arrive. All dogs present MUST BE ON LEASH at all times. We don’t encourage women to bring dogs, but if you do you will also need to sign our waiver at the gate that you are the one responsible for all their actions and be aware that it will be inappropriate to bring them to most workshops. Friday, May 2nd
On Friday the festival focus begins with the arrival of more women throughout the day, vendor set up, and our Temple Creation to the Goddesses of Love and Healing on the hill early mid day! Usually there are some morning and afternoon workshops posted to attend. Welcomes and Announcements take place just prior to our opening circle around 7:30ish.
All of the workshops onsite are presented by various women attending the Festival and decide to share this as a love offering to the community. we believe our community has all the skills and ability to enrich our lives in this way. If you charge for handouts or supplies please include that in your workshop info when posting onto our onsite workshop board. We have had AMAZING workshops in the past. Some are regular most years and some are new and different every time. This is a wonderful way to connect to the community and help it to grow and build.
Saturday, May 3rd
Sunday, May 4th
Monday, May 5th
Monday at fest is scheduled so we have time in a relaxed way to take down our personal campsites say goodbyes and gather the remaining infrastructure together to finish loading the Big Fest Truck. More hands help make the work light! This really is a festival we create together. That includes take down as well. We have found women get so much more empowerment and community from this experience. It is magic and karma.

This amazing Waterfall and pond are part of the main festival campground. The water level in the pond and waterfall possibilities are always affected by how much drought vs how much rain we have had. It is fed by underground springs as well as overflow from upstream Onion Creek. This inspired the SPRING in our festival. Our ancestors used to meet and worship at the sacred springs and so we do now as well. When the water is flowing well and the temperatures are warm enough many women love to take a dip in the natural spring water just above as well as below the waterfall.
It can be fun to share your art and ritual with your sisters! Here is a Past altar to Erzuli created onsite by Nadia K.
